In most cases an auxiliary source of heat will be required to maintain comfort at winter design conditions. In dehumidification mode or dehumidification with heating, the Aqua-TEC unit will contribute heating energy to the space. This will reduce the load and run time of any auxiliary heating. The unit may also incorporate a hot water coil, which, when provided with a source of hot water, will meet all of the needs of the natatorium.
