We would like to thank your company for taking the time to identify the appropriate unit for our indoor pool area. We have had humidity issues for years and since installing your unit we no longer have problems. I would recommend your company to anyone with a similar situation.

We recommend that a qualified service technician check the operation and inspect the system every 6 months. Scheduling a preventive maintenance program for the late spring and late fall every year means that your unit will be ready to perform at optimum efficiency in the coming challenging season. In most cases, such a program will more than pay for itself in avoided unscheduled service and parts. You should also inspect the air filters at a 2-month (in some severe cases more frequent) interval and replace as required to ensure that airflow is not restricted. A more detailed schedule is provided in the Aqua-TEC Installation, Operation and Maintenance manual, Bulletin 90-1.
