We would like to thank your company for taking the time to identify the appropriate unit for our indoor pool area. We have had humidity issues for years and since installing your unit we no longer have problems. I would recommend your company to anyone with a similar situation.

Solar thermal is the most cost effective solar technology available today. It is primarily used to heat domestic hot water and, in some cases, can be used to provide a substantial portion of a building's space heating needs. In our Maine and New Hampshire climates, if the panels can "see" the sun for most of the day, a solar thermal system can provide 70 to 80% of hot water needs. With Federal tax credits, most systems show a 5-10 year payback.
After extensive research into the best available approaches for our climate, we found that a tried and true flat plate design performs as well as any. In addition they handle snow and other environmental challenges better than most. The longtime leader is this field is Alternate Energy Technologies of Jacksonville, Florida. AET offers a full range of flat plate panels and absorbers as well as unique ancillary system components, including drainback tanks and complete systems. With a proprietary technology for joining tubes to collector fins and a riser/header joint to support drainback systems in freezing climates, they support the product with a 30 year absorber warranty. We are pleased to offer AET products to our contractor and DIY installers in the Northeast. Call us for guidance and assistance with your design.
